The Wellness Universe welcomes you to "Relax, Release, and Rebalance," in this Sunday morning Session led by Bonnie Sheldon. Take the time to Take A Pause and join us as we gather in this safe space if you are feeling challenged and would like to rebalance your Energy.
Bonnie invites you to join her in this Energy Healing Session, bringing the three powerful Somatic modalities of EFT Tapping, Breath work and Movement together for their maximum benefits! 🌈✨
The session is FREE for everyone, but you have to register before class time, so don't delay, and be sure to get in on this soothing and empowering opportunity!
The Session will start on time, so please show up a few minutes early. The class will be recorded, but after the recording, there will be a time for rest and recuperation, followed by any questions or comments.
We will be sitting for much of the time, so either bring a yoga type mat if you're comfortable on the floor, or choose a straight back chair to participate more easily. If you are used to using an exercise ball, that's a great sitting choice. Also have tissues and water for yourself. Find a quiet place where you can be alone, this is your time.
Set a powerful intention:
What do you ask to receive from this session? What issues would you like to release? You are then asked to allow the process to guide your energy and overall wellbeing as you move forward.
Learn to manage stress, overcome bodily discomfort and achieve a renewed sense of freedom and true embodiment, learning how to practice physical self-compassion and self-care, and finding ease of mind and movement as you go through your day.
