Join me for an exploratory practice of the muscles and fascial connective tissue of your amazing and mysterious pelvis. This class is a combo of physical structure and yoga techniques for the pelvic floor and general health. Learn hands-on anatomy, targeted fascial stretches, compressive self-massage, therapeutic positions and more. Props needed are foam block, blanket, small hand towel, and a lacrosse or tennis ball. 45 min duration.
