Morning Glow Hatha Yoga is designed to be accessible for all levels of practice. Each posture is held for a few breaths, giving participants time to settle into the pose, release tension, and gradually improve mobility. Smooth, slow transitions are offered, and individuals are encouraged to listen to their bodies—if a transition or pose feels uncomfortable, it’s perfectly fine to step out and rejoin when ready.
This style of practice also takes into account the needs of those experiencing chronic fatigue or burnout. Breathing techniques and movements are carefully chosen to be both supportive and gently energizing, helping to build strength and vitality in a way that remains approachable for everyone.
