This workshop/experience/healing space is inspired by the chapter I wrote, Chapter 22 – "The CALM Process," in The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care, 25 Tools for Life book.
I shared my story about navigating life's stress and challenges, discovering the power of simple yet effective techniques to regain peace and control. In the chapter, I explain how the CALM Process became my go-to tool for managing stress and staying grounded, especially in moments of overwhelm.
Following my story, I gave you a self-care tool, my personal practice, to help you live your best life experience! The CALM Process was explained in the book to teach you my favorite method to navigate stress and regain balance. In this live (to be recorded) session, we will go through it together to experience how uplifting, calming, and empowering this process can be for you, with my guidance in our safe container.
