Doug Foresta gives us a simple but powerful framework for change that is accessible and can fit into a busy schedule. This class is a great gift to anyone who can be present for one hour. It is time well spent.

Easy to follow concepts. Well structured, concepts are presented in an easy to follow pace, content of course is such that one could replay it more than once and get some new insights from the same exercises in the material.

Great Class!. I really enjoyed Doug's class and look forward to using the tips to use my journaling to more effectively manage my stress and fear going forward.

Engaging and empowering. I was reminded of how important it is to dialogue with myself by asking and answering simple questions that often not addressed.

Worth the hour!. I found this course to be really helpful to delve into any money "stories" or hangups that I may be telling myself. Doug provides excellent stories from his life, and is a very down-to-earth teacher. I really like his teaching style, and his journaling prompts to help begin the process of sorting out our money stories.

Journaling your $ story. this was a very interactive class and Doug made me feel safe to participate actively in his class about a very personal issue...money. It was my first time admitting outloud things I know to be true about my beliefs and habits. I'm not sure I know how or where to begin this journaling (I did miss the first 6 mins.) but I am sure the answers will come. Thank you for all the info. and for e-mailing the powerpoint info.

Shift Your Story: How to Get Unstuck Through the Power of Jo. Doug did a fantastic job going through the power of journaling and there was plenty of interactions with everyone. Great class!

Motivated me to start journaling. The class was informative and gave great insight to how journaling can be a positive tool to organize your thoughts and see how to change. Become unstuck. I hadn't thought of those ideas presented before this class.

Wonderful class. I've been journalling for years, but Doug opened my eyes about how I can use the process to initiate change simply by shifting the stories I tell myself. Highly recommended.
